We were somewhat anxious about selling our house, but a new job in Orlando gave us no choice. Linda advised us on the asking price, got a for sale sign in the yard within minutes of becoming our realtor, and immediately scheduled open houses. Within hours we were looking at pictures of our house on her website. Linda was the consummate professional while the house was on the market, taking care of every detail and keeping us abreast of every offer. We were pleasantly surprised to get a contract within 35 days of coming on the market and within $500 of Linda's predicted selling price (folks in Orlando can't believe this).
